Exquisite Extensions specializes in luxury hair extensions, including bundles, wigs, frontals, closures, and hair accessories. We are committed to providing high-quality products and exceptional customer service.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue products, prices, promotions, and policies at any time without prior notice.

Order Placement

By placing an order with Exquisite Extensions, you agree that all information provided during checkout is accurate and complete, including your name, contact information, shipping address, and product selections.

Please carefully review your order before submitting payment. Once an order has been processed, changes cannot be guaranteed.

Processing Times

PLEASE ALLOW 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS FOR YOUR ORDER TO PROCESS BEFORE RECEIVING TRACKING INFORMATION.

ALL COLORED HAIR AND HAIR LENGTHS LONGER THAN 30” REQUIRE AN ADDITIONAL 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS FOR PROCESSING.

Processing times do not include shipping time. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been processed and shipped.

Local Pickup Terms

SAME-DAY OR NEXT-DAY PICKUP IS NOT GUARANTEED UNLESS THE ITEM IS AVAILABLE ON HAND.

If an item is available in stock, it will be prepared for pickup within 24 hours. If the item is not available on hand, the order will follow the standard processing timeline.

Customers must wait until they receive pickup confirmation before arriving.

For security purposes, customers must provide:

Valid photo ID
Order number

Orders will not be released without proper verification.

Product Information

Due to differences in lighting, screens, and personal perception, slight variations in color, texture, and appearance may occur.

Hair extensions are a natural product, and slight variations may occur from one batch to another.

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct length, texture, and product type before purchasing. Please contact us prior to ordering if you need assistance.

Hair Care & Maintenance

Proper care is required to maintain the quality and longevity of your extensions. Exquisite Extensions is not responsible for damage caused by improper care, including but not limited to:

Excessive heat
Improper brushing
Chemical processing
Coloring done by the customer
Incorrect products or maintenance

We recommend following proper hair care instructions to preserve the beauty and quality of your extensions.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of hair products, all sales are final unless the issue is determined to be caused by Exquisite Extensions.

Exchanges are only accepted if the product has not been altered, installed, washed, colored, styled, or tampered with in any way and remains in its original packaging.

Shipping Responsibility

Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, Exquisite Extensions is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or incorrectly delivered packages caused by the shipping carrier or incorrect customer information.
